Prior to Isos, he spent over 20 years at The Little Gym International, including roles as President & CEO and COO, where he led global franchise operations and growth initiatives. Ron Thompson Jr is the Chief Revenue Officer at Isos Technology, where he leads sales and marketing with a focus on driving growth, building a world-class services organization, and positioning Isos as the premier Atlassian Solution Partner in North America. Throughout his career, Ron has championed enterprise solutions that solve real business challenges, a consultative selling approach, and 5-star client experiences, and he brings that passion for excellence and client-centric leadership to Isos. Formerly the President/CEO of OSAM Document Solutions, he has also held senior executive roles at DataBank IMX and Konica Minolta, leading national sales, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives. 

John Clinton, Chief Financial Officer at Isos Technology, has built a distinguished career as a strategic financial leader, most recently specializing in interim CFO and controller roles for private equity-backed enterprises. With expertise spanning the technology, professional services, manufacturing, and consulting sectors, John has successfully led financial transformations, post-acquisition integrations, lender compliance, and process optimizations for multi-national organizations.

With a track record of leadership at firms as diverse as Accordion, IBM, Xerox, Cadbury, and American Airlines, John brings to Isos a deep understanding of financial processes, business planning, and performance management. Becky Montgomery is the Chief People Officer at Isos Technology, where she leads people strategy with a focus on building engaged, high-performing teams that scale alongside the business. A strategic HR leader with deep experience across startups, professional services, and private equity–backed organizations, Becky brings a blend of technical HR expertise, business acumen, and creative problem-solving to every role. She has guided organizations through growth, M&A, and cultural transformation, while modernizing People Ops, compensation strategies, and HR systems. Tyler Couch is the Vice President & General Manager of Isos Federal, with more than 15 years of experience driving growth, federal market expansion, and portfolio scaling across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian markets. He is known for designing and executing disciplined federal growth and go-to-market strategies, including direct-to-government procurement approaches that accelerate acquisition and strengthen mission delivery across classified and unclassified programs. Tyler has led cleared business operations with full P&L accountability, aligning capture, delivery, and financial performance to national security priorities. He brings a practitioner’s perspective to transforming emerging technologies into government-ready solutions, informed by deep operational experience in secure, high-stakes environments.

He is also the CEO of Stack Intelligence, a Certified Salesforce Solutions Partner, leading a global team delivering enterprise software implementation and consulting services. Andrew Yarrow is the Vice President of Information Technology at Isos Technology, where he leads the company’s internal IT strategy, systems, and infrastructure. With more than a decade at Isos, Andrew has progressed from Atlassian Consultant to Senior Technical Consultant, Director of Data & Integration, and now executive IT leadership.
