FinanSure Student Loans, LLC realized that in order to provide the finest customer solutions and superior personalized service to their clients, they needed to institute a customized web-based loan application system for students, schools and partners.  FinanSure also realized the need to implement a fast and efficient loan transmitting and status monitoring process to generate swift loans and instant customer service.  In addition, they wanted to build a system to support multiple loan products with dynamic branding for FinanSure’s clients.  To materialize their goals, FinanSure sought the assistance of IT professionals specialized in on-demand applications to provide technical steering and implementation.  Isos Technology was chosen to implement FinanSure’s loan application systems. Isos Technology took the challenge and supplied extremely talented and experienced consultants focused on the FinanSure’s end goals.

With the objectives clear, the Isos consultants got straight to work implementing a flexible and efficient application framework which provided FinanSure with a solid foundation for launching their customer solutions and personalized services.  Isos Technology built an application made specifically for branding customer styles, themes, colors, and logos for students, schools and partners. To provide choice and options Isos also constructed a system to support multiple loan products.  Isos integrated a back office application that had the ability to monitor application status and provided the service of following up with students who had not finished their application for further assistance.  Additional features were a reporting metrics on application starts and completions, allowing FinanSure to track its drop out rate,  conduct follow up with the borrower’s and determine volume. The entire project front end was built with ASP.Net, utilized an SQL 2005 backend layer and a business tier built using C# technologies.  The end solution was an extensible .Net application, built to collect and process student loan applications online.
