Training and Support for Google Appsâ„¢

April 26, 2010 -- (Tempe, AZ) Isos Technology, an authorized reseller of the Google Apps™, announced today the expansion of their services to include enterprise support and training for Google Apps™ Premier Edition users. Isos Technology is proud to announce these services to complement their existing Google Apps™ Setup Services. Isos Technology's team of Google Apps™ experts will provide support services for end users and administrators of organizations using Google Apps™ Premier Edition. These support services will include support via phone, email and through Isos Technology's Support Portal.
Isos Technology's Support Portal (support.isostech.com) provides their clients with access to educational and training resources via the web. Through this Support Portal, administrators and end users are able to initiate support tickets which Isos Technology's support staff investigate and resolve. Additionally, Isos Technology will provide a variety of training options for organizations using or moving to Google Apps™. Training services include customized webinars, training videos, and educational portals branded for the organization. The training webinars are tailored for the organization, including discussions on topics of interest and specific demo scenarios relevant to the client's business. Isos Technology will produce customized educational videos used for training of both new and advanced Google Apps™ users. Organizations can then host these videos internally for on-demand access.
