Spotlight of the Month: JIRA Service Desk Add-Ons We Love

It’s no secret that there are a multitude of add-ons for JIRA Service Desk on the Atlassian Marketplace. How can you be sure which ones are the most valuable?   3. Actions for JIRA Service Desk by InTenso IT Experts – Execute workflow actions from Customer Portal with this cool add-on that allows you to establish ITIL best practices.

Isos to Join Atlassian at HDI Conference & Expo

Isos is excited to join Atlassian at the upcoming HDI Conference & Expo in Washington, DC, next month! HDI is an annual event for technical support professionals who are looking to network and learn more about the latest trends, technologies and solutions in the tech support industry. This year, HDI will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center from May 9-12.

Atlassian will have a booth at the HDI Expo, and we’ll be there alongside them to chat with conference attendees about how Atlassian’s products can streamline tech support processes. We’ll also be available to demo JIRA Service Desk. If you’re planning on attending the event, please stop by Atlassian’s booth and say hi! Hope to see you there!

…that Isos recently hosted another event in its series “From Barley to Beer: Brewing the Perfect Service Desk?” This time we were in Scottsdale, AZ, which is just up the road from our headquarters. We were excited to partner with Atlassian and delve into how JIRA Service Desk can benefit any organization’s ITSM offering.
